I can incorporate relaxation and mindfulness practises into our therapy sessions. These techniques can help you manage physical symptoms, develop greater awareness and emotional regulation.
My sleep sessions offer you the tools and techniques you need to unwind, relax, and improve the quality and quantity of your sleep. We'll focus on learning some basic tips to improve sleep, and then developing techniques to develop healthy sleep associations, and retraining yourself to sleep more consistently.
