I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to mental wellness. I believe that everyone has the capacity for personal growth and change, and I am here to support you on your journey toward improvement.
We work collaboratively together at your own pace, and I tailor my therapy support to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias, or other challenges, I am here to help.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which evidence has shown to help with a range of different problems.
I offer remote sessions online or over the phone, as well as face-to-face sessions in Whittlesey, Peterborough. I currently have openings for new clients on Tuesdays.
