My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
(EMDR) , which has been shown to help with a range of different problems.
We work collaboratively together at your own pace, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias, or other challenges, I am here to help.
I became a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives. I specialise in working with adults, particularly those struggling with phobias, panic and low self esteem. I also have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQIA+ issues, living with long term health conditions, and individuals on the autism spectrum.
I utilise a range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards your therapy goals.
