My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
(EMDR) , which evidence has shown to help with a range of different problems.
I offer remote sessions online or over the phone, and face-to-face sessions in Whittlesey, Peterborough.

I became a Psychotherapist because I'm passionate about helping people thrive. I've worked with many people, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, those living with long-term health conditions, and individuals on the autism spectrum.
I provide one to one NICE recommended CBT evidence based interventions and EMDR.
I utilise a range of evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards your therapy goals.
I work with adults experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, worry, stress, low self-esteem and depression.
I specialise in anxiety based problems such as panic and phobias. I have a particular interest in emetophobia (vomit phobia) and blood/needle/injury phobia.
I can also help with stress management, relaxation, and sleep problems.
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to new clients.
